NCBA Collaborates with AWS to Train 3,000 Employees in Digital Skills
NCBA has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to launch a comprehensive digital skills training program for over 3,000 employees across the East African region.
This collaboration aims to elevate the technical capabilities of NCBA’s workforce, positioning the bank as a leader in digital innovation within the financial services sector.
The partnership leverages AWS Training and Certification resources to create tailored educational offerings that empower NCBA’s employees.
Participants will engage in interactive online sessions through AWS Digital Classroom, focusing on essential areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Big Data Analytics.
John Gachora, NCBA’s Group Managing Director, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “We are excited to work with AWS to provide our employees with access to world-best practice-based training. We are accelerating our digital transformation efforts, enabling us to bring new end-to-end digitized customer journeys to market.”
